The Monolith Junior is the most compact of the four Kamado models. The Monolith Junior features a 33 cm diameter cooking grate. Despite its small size, it retains all the features of its larger siblings, including the ability to cook directly. You can grill, barbecue, bake pizza or bread, and smoke. Its dimensions are ideal for use on the counter, in the kitchen under a hood where you can transport it as it weighs no more than 38 kg. The Monolith Junior is widely used in professional catering thanks to its small size, making it easy to fit into any kitchen. Combined with the additional grill, various dishes and side dishes can be cooked simultaneously. With the exclusive feed system for smoked chips and pellets, cooking doesn't have to be interrupted by lifting the kamado lid. The Monolith Junior's functionality can be expanded with a wide range of accessories, such as the cast iron grill or the pizza stone, and much more. The Monolith Junior model is available in framed and frameless versions. In the frameless version, it comes with ceramic feet to improve stability when placed on a surface or inserted into an outdoor kitchen.
